Overview

Azure Lodge involved the conversion of an office into a residential building including internal reconfiguration, new finishes and improvements to the building fabric and communal areas.

The works required coordination of multiple trades and construction activities, together with programme, procurement, quality and commercial oversight through the delivery stages.

Key considerations

Managing refurbishment works within an existing structure, coordinating internal layouts and services, maintaining quality across repeated residential finishes and progressing the project efficiently through to completion.
